I greatly appreciated your piece on being an introvert - not easy in a world that values other qualities much more. In my growing up years the best thing one could say about a person our family didn’t know very well was, “She/He is very OUTGOING!” I knew very well no one would ever say that about me. In later life I discovered the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator that helped me to understand the different ways of being and, finally, to value mine, as an off-the-chart introvert. 1000% agree......and its not to apologize within self nor apologize to others---there are so many ways to do planet earth reality and introversion births some very beautiful results
